Customized by Nankee Electric for Wuxi Yinow Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., this project is Part 2 of the customer's 8th intelligent test station in 2025, an offline high-capacity three-phase transformer intelligent test system. It can complete all routine factory tests for oil-immersed and dry-type transformers of 25MVA and below, suitable for offline high-capacity transformer test scenarios. It meets the factory quality control requirements for high-capacity transformers in rail transit, power transmission and distribution, new energy and other fields, helping the customer realize the intellectualization and standardization of transformer testing.
Offline high-capacity test area for oil-immersed/dry-type transformers:
Transformer capacity: 25000kVA; Primary voltage: 35.00kV; Secondary voltage: 0.4-10.00kV; Short-circuit impedance: 6.00%-14.00%;
Transformer capacity: 16000kVA; Primary voltage: 20.00kV; Secondary voltage: 2kV and below; Short-circuit impedance: 6.00%-10.00%;
Transformer capacity: 6300kVA; Primary voltage: 10.00kV; Secondary voltage: 2kV and below; Short-circuit impedance: 10% and below.

(2) DC resistance test;
(3) Transformer ratio and vector group test;
(4) No-load test: Measurement of no-load loss, power factor and percentage of no-load current;
(5) Load test: Load loss (automatic conversion of load loss values at 75℃, 120℃, 145℃), percentage of short-circuit impedance;
(6) Induced voltage withstand test;
(7) Power frequency voltage withstand test;
(8) Temperature rise test;
(9) Partial discharge test;
(10) Sound level measurement.
Full coverage of high capacity: Supports the testing of all specifications of oil-immersed/dry-type transformers of 25MVA and below, adapted to multiple voltage classes of 35kV and below, meeting high-capacity testing requirements.
