Customized by Nankee Electric for Hebei Xuhui Electric Co., Ltd., this project is its 12th Full-Automatic Transformer Intelligent Test System in 2025. Exclusively designed to match the customer's core products for power grid safety control and power quality management, it can fully cover the routine, type and special tests of power transformers, arc suppression coils and dry-type core series reactors of 35kV and below. It realizes intelligent detection, accurate data and standardized processes, and improves the quality control system of the customer's entire industrial chain for product R&D, production and testing.
(1) Power Transformer (Including Grounding Transformer)
Voltage class: 35kV and below (rated 38.5kV), including 35/20/10/6/0.8/0.69/0.4/0.23kV
Capacity: 35kV≤5000kVA, 20kV≤3000kVA, 10kV≤2500kVA; Grounding transformers are divided into those with/without low-voltage coils, the maximum capacity of low-voltage coils is 800kVA
Frequency: 50/60Hz, 100-200Hz for induction test
Short-circuit impedance voltage: 4%-12%
(2) Arc Suppression Coil
Voltage class: 10kV (10.5/3kV), 35kV (38.5/3kV)
