1. Project Overview

Customized by Nankee Electric for Wuxi Yinow Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., this project is Part 1 of the customer's 8th intelligent test station in 2025, serving as an online dry-type transformer one-time wiring test system.It can complete 7 routine factory tests for dry-type transformers up to 1.6MVA in one single wiring setup, supporting efficient assembly line operation. By eliminating repeated wiring in traditional testing, it greatly improves test efficiency and meets quality control requirements for products used in rail transit, power transmission & distribution, new energy and other fields.

2. Maximum Test Capacity

Applicable capacity: 30kVA–1600kVA (dry-type transformers ≤1.6MVA)

Voltage class: Primary 10.00kV, Secondary 0.4kV

Short-circuit impedance: 10% and below

Application scenario: Dry-type transformer assembly line test area

3. Routine Test Items

(1) Insulation resistance test;

(2) DC resistance test;

(3) Transformer ratio and vector group test;

(4) No-load test: measurement of no-load loss, power factor and percentage of no-load current;

(5) Load test: load loss (automatic conversion at 75℃, 120℃, 145℃) and percentage of short-circuit impedance;

(6) Induced overvoltage withstand test;

(7) Power frequency withstand voltage test.
