This project is a customized solution provided by Nankee Electric for PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa. It is the 8th set of semi-automatic intelligent transformer test systems purchased by the customer in 2025, mainly used for the routine test of dry-type distribution transformers before delivery.The system adopts a staged wiring mode for load and no-load tests, balancing test accuracy and operational convenience, meeting the customer's demands for large-scale and high-efficiency production quality inspection.
34.5/0.4kV, 15000 kVA and below dry-type transformer, impedance 4% -14%;
6/0.4kV, 10000 kVA and below dry type transformer, impedance 4% -14%;
Maximum loss: 180 kW.
Transformer no-load loss and no-load current measurement;
Transformer no-load current percentage calculation;
Transformer load loss measurement and conversion according to the standard temperature (100% current);
Transformer short-circuit impedance measurement and standard temperature conversion;
Transformer induction and voltage withstand test;
Transformer power frequency withstand voltage test;
Transformer partial discharge test.
