1. Project Overview
Nanke Electric delivered, installed and commissioned the test equipment for Junlang Electric Co., Ltd. Founded in 2009 and located in Yueqing, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, Junlang Electric specializes in the R&D, production and sales of high and low voltage electrical equipment. Its main products include S20 series energy-saving transformers and Scb13 epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers.
To address the complexity and low efficiency of traditional transformer testing, we deployed the SUPER FULLY Automatic Distribution Transformer Test System to meet the company's requirements for transformer factory testing.
2. Maximum Testing Capacity
The system operates at a frequency of 50-60 Hz and is applicable to transformers with various voltage levels, capacities and impedance values. The specifications are as follows:
- 6kV high voltage, 0.4kV/0.8kV low voltage, maximum test capacity: 3150kVA, applicable impedance: 4%-6%
- 10kV high voltage, 0.4kV/0.8kV low voltage, maximum test capacity: 6300kVA, applicable impedance: 4%-8%
- 20kV high voltage, 0.4kV/0.8kV low voltage, maximum test capacity: 6300kVA, applicable impedance: 5%-8%
- 35-38.5kV high voltage, 0.4kV/0.69kV/0.8kV/1.14kV low voltage, maximum test capacity: 6300kVA, applicable impedance: 6%-10%
Single-phase transformer: Rated capacity up to 333kVA; High voltage: 34.5kV, 23kV, 13.8kV; Low voltage: ≤0.48kV; Impedance voltage: 2%-6%
3. Test Items
This highly integrated system supports six standard transformer tests required for factory inspection:
(1) Transformer no-load test
(2) Transformer load test
(3) Transformer induced voltage test
(4) Transformer temperature rise test
(5) Transformer partial discharge test
(6) Transformer power frequency withstand voltage test
4. Project Highlights
(1) Fully automatic operation with one-time wiring for improved efficiency
The system allows one-time wiring without repeated disconnection and reconnection. After operators enter basic parameters such as transformer capacity and voltage, the system automatically switches transformer taps, adjusts voltage regulators and runs test procedures. All test data is recorded automatically, and test reports can be exported directly upon test completion to reduce manual work.
(2) Intelligent data management for accurate and traceable test results
Equipped with high-precision data acquisition and power analysis modules, the system displays real-time data including voltage, current, power, frequency, impedance and loss. It can automatically convert data under rated operating conditions and standard temperatures. Functions of data locking, local storage and historical record query facilitate product quality traceability and data filing.
(3) Wide compatibility for various product testing
With a broad range of applicable voltage, capacity and impedance parameters, the system is compatible with mainstream products such as S20 energy-saving transformers and Scb13 dry-type transformers. It also works with single-phase transformers. One single system can fulfill daily quality inspection needs on site.
