This product incorporates a variable frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, measurement system, and selector switch in a single enclosure.

The overall system design is suitable for the following voltage levels:

Single-phase transformers

🟦 High voltage: 36kV and below (36kV-4.16kV)

🟦 Low voltage: 0.12-1.5kV

🟦 Impedance: 2-8%

🟦 Capacity: Single-phase pole-mounted transformers and above-ground transformers up to 500kVA

🟦 Compliant standards: IEC60076/IEEE C57.12.90-2021

Custom test transformers with special parameters can be customized

🟦 System measurement accuracy: Precision transformers with 0.05-level accuracy / Power analyzers using YOKOGAWA WT500 and above

One-time wiring is available for the tested transformer's DC resistance, turns ratio, insulation resistance, no-load, loaded, inductive withstand voltage, and power frequency withstand voltage. The computer program automatically completes the test, automatically calculating the results and exporting the factory test report upon completion.
