This product incorporates a variable frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, measurement system, and selector switch in a single enclosure.

The overall system design is suitable for the following voltage levels:

Three-phase transformers

🟦 High voltage: 38.5kV and below (38.5kV-4.16kV)

🟦 Low voltage: 0.12-2.5kV

🟦 Impedance: 2-10%

🟦 Capacity: Dry-type and oil-immersed transformers up to 5000kVA

🟦 Compliant standards: IEC60076/IEEE C57.12.90-2021

Custom test transformers with special parameters can be customized

🟦 System measurement accuracy: Precision transformers with 0.05-level accuracy / Power analyzers using YOKOGAWA WT500 and above

A single-connection test is performed to measure the DC resistance, turns ratio, insulation resistance, no-load, loaded, inductive withstand voltage, and power frequency withstand voltage of the tested transformer. The computer program automatically completes the test, automatically calculating the results and exporting the factory test report upon completion.
