Nanke Electric has completed the delivery, deployment and official commissioning of automatic distribution transformer testing systems for Eaglerise Renewable Energy (USA) - Fort Worth Facility. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong, the parent company Eaglerise Electric & Electronic Co., Ltd. is a well-known listed enterprise in China. It specializes in the R&D, manufacturing and global sales of power transformers and new energy power equipment. Its core products include single-phase pole-mounted distribution transformers, single-phase pad-mounted transformers, three-phase American-style transformers and three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers, with business operations covering regions worldwide.
To satisfy the mass production and factory inspection demands of Eaglerise Renewable Energy (USA) - Fort Worth Facility, Nanke Electric custom-built two integrated testing production lines equipped with self-developed automatic distribution transformer testing systems. Fully compliant with North American power industry standards, the complete solution enables full-automatic testing of oil-immersed single-phase and three-phase transformers. It effectively boosts inspection efficiency, testing accuracy and overall production capacity, and delivers reliable quality and delivery assurance for the client's North American market.

Two independent testing lines are deployed to test various oil-immersed transformers. Both lines support 50Hz/60Hz dual-frequency testing with a maximum short-circuit impedance limit of 6%, and operate on a 7-hour standard working shift with lean staffing and stable throughput. Detailed specifications are listed below:
(1) Testing Line 1
This line suits equipment rated at up to 35kV high voltage and 0.24kV/0.48kV low voltage, and can test oil-immersed single-phase and three-phase transformers with capacities up to 333kVA. Staffed with two operators, it achieves a minimum daily output of 40 units and additionally supports transformer temperature rise testing for broader test coverage.
(2) Testing Line 2
This line suits equipment rated at up to 35kV high voltage and 0.24kV/0.48kV low voltage, and is dedicated to oil-immersed single-phase transformers with capacities up to 167kVA. Equipped with two operators, it also delivers a minimum daily output of 40 units to meet mass testing requirements for small-capacity single-phase transformers.

The system carries out 12 standardized tests in strict accordance with North American power industry standards and can automatically generate English test reports for factory acceptance. Specific test items are as follows:
(1) Transformer insulation resistance test
(2) Transformer DC resistance measurement
(3) Transformer turn ratio and vector group measurement
(4) Transformer no-load loss and no-load current measurement
(5) Percentage calculation of transformer no-load current
(6) Transformer no-load harmonic measurement
(7) Transformer load loss measurement and standard temperature conversion
(8) Transformer short-circuit impedance (short-circuit loss) measurement and standard temperature conversion
(9) Transformer induced overvoltage test
(10) Transformer power frequency withstand voltage test
(11) Transformer temperature rise test (Exclusive to Testing Line 1)
(12) Transformer lightning impulse test
(1) Self-developed system fully adapted to North American standards
Fitted with Nanke Electric's proprietary automatic distribution transformer testing system, the equipment supports seamless switching between automatic and manual operation modes. Integrated with data acquisition, real-time calculation, temperature conversion, result judgment and report generation functions, the system outputs test reports fully conforming to North American industrial specifications and can be seamlessly integrated into the existing quality management systems of overseas factories.
(2) Dual-line layout for efficient and balanced throughput
The two lines undertake differentiated testing tasks for large-capacity multi-purpose transformers and small-capacity single-phase transformers respectively, with a combined minimum daily throughput of 80 units to efficiently process bulk testing orders.
(3) Full-range testing for reliable quality control
The system covers all mandatory factory tests including electrical performance, insulation, voltage withstand, temperature rise and lightning impulse. It completes type tests and routine tests in one station to comprehensively control product quality before delivery.
(4) Extensive overseas project experience and complete after-sales service
We provide full-cycle services including equipment installation, wiring commissioning, on-site trial operation and hands-on training for operators. Independent high-voltage and low-voltage test zones are arranged on site with standardized safety protection facilities to meet the safety management codes of overseas factories.
(5) Dual-frequency compatibility for global power grids
The production lines support both 50Hz and 60Hz power frequency testing standards. They can satisfy domestic testing demands in the United States and adapt to grid conditions in most countries around the world, helping clients expand their global sales network.

The complete set of testing production lines for this project was officially commissioned at Eaglerise Renewable Energy (USA) - Fort Worth Facility in August 2025. The equipment maintains stable long-term operation with precise test data, and can continuously supply automatic quality inspection services to the factory. This project serves as a benchmark case demonstrating Nanke Electric's in-depth market expansion in North America.
