Undertaken by Nanke Electric,this project serves Lupai Electrical Technology Co.,Ltd.Founded in 2008 in Wenzhou,Zhejiang,Lupai Electrical is a professional high and low voltage electrical equipment manufacturer integrating R&D,production and sales,mainly engaged in pad-mounted transformers and high-voltage/low-voltage prefabricated substations.To meet the customer's quality inspection demands for large-scale production,the on-site Automatic Distribution Transformer Test System was fully deployed for professional testing and commissioning of the customer's transformer products.Adopting automatic control and high-precision data acquisition technology,the system verifies multiple key performance parameters of transformers,ensuring reliable product quality and stable operational performance.

2.Maximum Test Capacity

The deployed Automatic Distribution Transformer Test System features wide testing coverage,supporting batch testing of various types of transformers:

Capacity: Maximum test capacity up to 3150 kVA;
Voltage Level: 10kV,35/0.4kV,0.54kV,0.69kV,0.8kV,1.14kV;
Impedance Range: 4.0%～8.0%.

3.Test Items

With the support of the Automatic Distribution Transformer Test System,standardized complete transformer tests are completed on site,including the following items:

() Transformer no-load loss and no-load current measurement;

(2) Calculation of transformer no-load current percentage;

(3) Transformer load loss measurement and standard temperature conversion;

(4) Transformer short-circuit impedance measurement and standard temperature conversion;

(5) Transformer induced withstand voltage test;

(6) Transformer power frequency withstand voltage test.
