It specializes in the production, processing, and sales of transformers, reactors, high- and low-voltage complete switchgear, busways, and cable trays, while also distributing power distribution switchgear, power cables, communication equipment, and other power supporting products. It is a professional equipment manufacturer in Southwest China. Nanke Electric delivered the Automatic Distribution Transformer Test System for its New Energy Science and Technology Industrial Park, which was deployed at the park's Intelligent Testing Center. Tailored to the transformer testing scenarios in the plant, the system provides a one‑stop solution for factory acceptance testing of transformers.
1. Human–Machine Isolated Safety Layout, Compliant with Transformer Manufacturing Industry Safety Regulations
The test area and the control room are physically separated by full‑view tempered glass, supplemented by safety warning guardrails. Operators perform transformer testing from the isolated control console, effectively mitigating safety risks associated with high‑voltage testing. The workshop layout meets the safety code requirements for transformer manufacturing enterprises.
2. Integrated and Compact Design, Intensive Equipment Deployment
The entire automatic distribution transformer test system integrates core components such as the main control software, partial discharge detector, and digital power analyzer, eliminating the need for multiple separate testing instruments. The cabinets are neatly arranged, saving workshop floor space and reducing equipment procurement, cabling, and later maintenance workloads.
3. Self‑Developed Test Software, Visualized Automatic Operation, Lowering Testing Skill Requirements
The control console is equipped with a computer running Nanke Electric's proprietary test software. After staff enter the transformer model and capacity parameters, they can start the automatic test sequence with one click. The system automatically schedules test items, performs data acquisition, and completes calculations. Operators can begin work after brief training.
4. Customizable Quality Inspection Reports, Adapted to Transformer Factory Quality Management
The system can customize factory report templates according to Jiuneng Group's transformer quality inspection requirements. Raw test data is automatically populated into the reports, which can be used directly as product factory certificates. Test data is stored persistently, facilitating factory audits and after‑sales quality traceability.
This Nanke Electric Automatic Distribution Transformer Test System completed all on‑site installation, hardware debugging, software adaptation, and operator training in 2025. It was officially put into operation at the Intelligent Testing Center of Jiuneng Group New Energy Science and Technology Industrial Park, steadily serving the plant's daily factory acceptance testing of transformers.
