Nanke Electric delivered its first automated distribution transformer test system for 2026 to Zhejiang Hubian Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. The client has five business divisions: Transformer Complete Set Division, State Grid Standard Box-type Substation Division, State Grid Standard Ring Main Unit & Environmental Cabinet Division, Pole-mounted Circuit Breaker Division and New Energy Division. Its business scope covers traditional power transmission & distribution and new energy sectors.
The company's State Grid qualified products include standard box-type substations, ring main units, environmental switchgear, integrated primary and secondary ring network cabinets, pole-mounted circuit breakers, power transformers, transformer complete sets, distribution boxes and branch boxes. In the new energy sector, the client provides integrated photovoltaic power stations, photovoltaic booster stations, photovoltaic box transformers of American, European and Chinese types, photovoltaic grid-connected cabinets, grid-connected boxes, AC combiner boxes, modular intelligent prefabricated cabins, and outdoor cabinet energy storage systems.
The supplied automated distribution transformer test system is used for the client's factory inspection of transformers. Featuring integrated testing functions, it can test all performance indicators of transformers to guarantee that finished transformers comply with industry standards.
This automated distribution transformer test system supports testing for multi-voltage and large-capacity transformers with the following technical parameters:

The system automatically completes a full range of standard transformer performance tests, including:
(1) Measurement of transformer no-load loss and no-load current;
(2) Calculation of transformer no-load current percentage;
(3) Measurement of transformer load loss and conversion to standard temperature;
(4) Measurement of transformer short-circuit impedance and conversion to standard temperature;
(5) Transformer induced withstand voltage test;
(6) Transformer power-frequency withstand voltage test;
(7) Transformer temperature rise test;
(8) Transformer partial discharge test.

(1) Integrated Automatic Testing Structure
Developed independently by Nanke Electric, the system integrates a variable frequency power supply, power analyzer, temperature inspection unit, and partial discharge detector. It supports multiple synchronous test items with an intuitive operating interface, reducing manual operation and improving overall testing efficiency.
(2) Automatic Data Calculation and Storage
After completing no-load, load, impedance and partial discharge tests, the system automatically performs temperature conversion for loss and impedance data. All original test data is saved locally, eliminating manual calculation and recording errors.
(3) Custom Test Reports for Diverse Products
The system supports customized test procedures and standardized test reports according to different parameters of distribution transformers and photovoltaic box transformers, adapting to the client’s full range of power distribution and new energy transformer testing requirements.
The automated distribution transformer test system completed installation, commissioning and final acceptance in May 2026. All functions and testing indicators passed inspection and were officially delivered to Zhejiang Hubian Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.
