This product integrates the inverter power supply, intermediate transformer, compensation capacitor, measurement system, and switch into a single 20-foot container – meeting standard sea freight requirements.
DC resistance and turns ratio tests are performed using the test cart with one-time wiring, and the data can be uploaded to the routine test system. For no-load loss, load loss, induced voltage, and applied voltage tests, wiring is done manually according to the test requirements, while the test itself is automatically executed by the computer program. Upon completion of the tests, the system automatically calculates the results and exports the factory test report.
