Recently, Nanke Electric successfully concluded its second annual family benefit trip, filled with laughter and joy. Nearly 100 employees' family members accepted the company's invitation to embark on an exclusive five‑day, four‑night journey. They visited the Chengde Mountain Resort, Ulan Butong Grassland, Shanhaiguan's Old Dragon Head, and the Yudao Ocean Hot Spring Resort, experiencing the company's sincere gratitude and human‑centered care amidst the scenic beauty of grasslands and coastal areas.
Employees are the company's most valuable asset, and their families are the solid foundation that enables them to work with peace of mind. Since its founding, Nanke Electric has consistently integrated a "people‑oriented" philosophy into its management practices. This exclusive family trip was an annual warm‑hearted initiative to thank the behind‑the‑scenes supporters and to bridge the gap between the company's "big family" and each employee's "small family." According to post‑trip feedback, satisfaction with the itinerary and services reached 98%, with many family members expressing that they truly felt the company's thoughtfulness.
Day 1: The group arrived in Chengde and visited the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Chengde Mountain Resort. They toured classic landmarks such as the Misty Rain Tower, Zhiyun Causeway, and Jinshan Shangdi Pavilion, fully immersing themselves in the imperial garden style of the Kangxi and Qianlong eras. In the evening, they strolled through the Yuanbaojie antique night market, sampling local snacks and relaxing.
Day 2: They ventured deep into the Ulan Butong Grassland. Families rode off‑road vehicles across the uninhabited prairie, encountering wildflowers and grazing herds along the way. At noon, they experienced the intangible cultural heritage "Zhama Banquet" (a Yuan‑dynasty royal feast) and enjoyed roast whole lamb. In the afternoon, they visited the Film Studio Base, General Paozi, Birch Forest, and Princess Lake. In the evening, they savored a grassland hotpot dinner cooked in copper pots, sharing heartwarming stories under the starry sky.
Day 3: They traveled along the National Scenic Byway No. 1 to explore the panoramic landscapes of the Weichang Bashi upland. They ascended the Hongquangu observation deck for a bird's‑eye view of the grassland lake, then enjoyed a full range of activities at Muxi Huandu, including horse riding, archery, grass sledding, and a zip line. They also walked through the Nalati Sky Prairie, took giant off‑road buggy rides, tried sand sliding at Longji Mountain, and visited the Reindeer Tribe and Wild Wolf Valley, fully savoring the wild charm of the grasslands.
Day 4: After a 6‑km pristine grassland rafting experience in the morning, they headed to Qinhuangdao. They viewed Shanhaiguan's Old Dragon Head – the eastern starting point of the Great Wall – and appreciated its thousand‑year history. In the evening, they explored the Qinhuangdao Xiaoxiang night market in Beidaihe, tasting local delicacies and soaking up the atmosphere of the ancient streets.
Day 5: The final day was spent entirely at the Yudao Ocean Hot Spring Resort. Families lingered in the 200‑mu lavender sea, rode the Ferris wheel, tried sand sliding and grass sledding, played in the family water park, watched water‑flying performances and Hollywood‑style stunt shows, and relaxed in the ocean‑view hot springs – a perfect ending to the journey.
Over the five days and four nights, the family members not only enjoyed the natural and cultural splendors but also deepened their bonds with one another, creating warm and beautiful collective memories to treasure.

This family benefit trip is a vivid embodiment of Nanke Electric's commitment to its "family culture." The company understands that behind every dedicated employee lies a family's long‑term understanding and silent support. Through this exclusive journey, the company conveyed its sincere respect to the families while also bringing that warmth back to the workplace — inspiring all employees to devote themselves to their roles and move forward together.
The road ahead is long, but with shared vision we go far. In the future, Nanke Electric will continue to foster a more inclusive and belonging‑oriented corporate atmosphere, steadily growing to reward every employee and their families, and marching side by side with all colleagues toward a new chapter of high‑quality development.
Five days, four nights — we took in the breathtaking views of grasslands and coastlines, and returned with hearts full of warmth. Our thanks go to every family member for their enthusiastic participation, and to every Nanke colleague for joining us on this journey.
