Nanke Electric's transformer one-shot assembly line testing system utilizes world-leading fully automatic one-shot wiring technology, fundamentally addressing the industry's pain points of low efficiency and high error rates associated with traditional manual wiring. This system utilizes Nanke's 100% independently developed software, combined with core switching tooling and measurement technology, to achieve 100% automation of the transformer routine testing process. This increases single-unit testing efficiency by over 50%, achieving an accuracy of 0.1%, and enabling higher testing efficiency with fewer testers.
