This project is a fully automatic transformer intelligent test system customized by Nanke Electric for Shandong Tailai Electric Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the new energy and smart grid fields and holds multiple certifications including the three major management systems, PCCC and CCC, as well as electric power construction qualifications. Tailor-made for the customer's core transformer production lines such as 35KV oil-immersed/dry-type step-up transformers and 10KV distribution transformers, the system realizes full-process automated testing, high-precision data collection and standardized report output, effectively optimizing the quality inspection process and improving the testing efficiency of the production line.

(1) Transformer insulation resistance test and dielectric loss test

(3) Full-process automatic operation: Supporting automatic no-load testing at multiple gears, with automatic parameter collection and temperature conversion, greatly shortening the testing cycle.
(4) High-precision data collection: Equipped with professional testing instruments, featuring accurate data and strong anti-interference ability, ensuring authoritative and reliable test results.
(5) Customizable report output: Test reports can be customized according to customer needs, with complete data and standardized format, facilitating filing and quality traceability.
