1. Project Overview

This project is the 3rd set of Automatic Distribution Transformer Test System delivered by Nanke Electric to PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa (TRAFINDO) in 2025. Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, TRAFINDO is a leading local transformer manufacturer and the largest distribution transformer producer in Indonesia. This system is custom-built for the customer’s dry-type transformer production line, capable of completing all routine pre-delivery tests. It features intelligent operation and accurate data output, effectively optimizing quality inspection processes and greatly improving production line testing efficiency.

2. Maximum Test Capacity

34.5/0.4kV, 15000 kVA and below dry-type transformer, impedance 4% -14%;

6/0.4kV, 10000 kVA and below dry type transformer, impedance 4% -14%;

Maximum loss: 180 kW

3. Test Items

(1)Transformer no-load loss and no-load current measurement

(2)Transformer no-load current percentage calculation

(3)Transformer load loss measurement and conversion according to the standard temperature (100% current)

(4)Transformer short-circuit impedance measurement and standard temperature conversion

(5)Transformer induction and voltage withstand test

(6)Transformer power frequency withstand voltage test

(7)Transformer partial discharge test
