This product integrates the power distribution cabinet, variable frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, compensation capacitor, measurement system, and power frequency test transformer into a single integrated box.

The overall system design is suitable for the following voltage levels:

Three-phase/single-phase transformers

🟦 High voltage: 36kV and below (36kV-4.16kV)

🟦 Low voltage: 0.12-1.5kV

🟦 Impedance: 2-10%

🟦 Capacity: Oil-immersed and dry-type transformers up to 5000kVA

🟦 Compliant standards: IEC60076/IEEE C57.12.90-2021

Customized test transformers with special parameters are available

🟦 System measurement accuracy: Precision transformers with 0.05-level accuracy/YOKOGAWA WT500 or above power analyzer

DC resistance and turns ratio are tested using a test vehicle, with a one-time wiring test. Data can be uploaded to the routine test system. No-load, loaded, inductive withstand voltage, and power frequency withstand voltage tests are manually wired according to the test procedure, and the computer program automatically completes the test. After the test, the results are automatically calculated and a factory test report is exported.
